Food Chemicals Codex, Fourth Edition

Since the publication of the first edition in 1966, the Food Chemicals Codex has provided the accepted standards for quality and purity in food chemicals. Officially referenced by the U. S. Food and Drug Administration, and the standard setter for food chemicals in the United States, Canada, Australia, and many other countries, the Fourth Edition updates the field, retaining 915 chemical monographs and adding 52 new ones. Incorporating new and revised specifications and tests, this new reference text presents, in one volume, all the specifications and test methods needed to determine the purity of food chemicals.
