The Gate Crashers (Pound Puppies)

If you grew up in the '80's, you'll probably remember the Pound Puppies (and their feline counterparts... what were they called? Pound Purries?) In the spirit of Cabbage Patch Kids, these pups had thin plush and stitched features. The box they came in was supposed to double as a doghouse... and those embroidery-style labels (heaven forbid anyone should think you had a generic Pound Puppy!). There are still spin-offs of these critters.
