An entirely new chapter on employment law discusses not only the Labor Management Relations Act but the Civil Rights Act, OSHA, ERISA, and other important areas of government regulation of employment relations. Marvin F. Hill, Jr., of the University of Northern Illinois, contributed a major portion of the material in this chapter. Tort coverage has again been expanded.
