The Judge
Description:
"...Although the book is primarily about the administration of justice through law in England, the issues and arguments are generally equally applicable to the American system. The author demonstrates a thorough familiarity with American and Continental judicial systems in the frequent comparisons he invokes. Indeed, the book goes to the heart of the issues that are the central concern of American Jurisprudence". - Philip B. Kurland, University of Chicago Law School.
