Collecting rubbish along the beach is Timothy Taylor's favorite pastime. The beach is his territory, his home. Timothy has a handful of belongings and he scavenges the beach for treasure and to keep it clean. But not everyone likes a scavenger and a push to move Timothy off the beach presents new troubles for the community.
