It allows students to test, with speed and accuracy, their understanding of the important areas and leading cases in Evidence, CivilProcedure, Criminal Procedure, and Sentencing, and illustrates any weaknesses in their knowledge, and application of the law.This book is a distillation of many years' teaching experience by senior teaching staff at the Inns of Court School of Law.
