RMS Dictionary of Light Microscopy (Royal Microscopical Society Microscopy Handbooks)

This dictionary, the latest volume in the successful RMS Microscopy Handbook series, describes the origins and meanings of words currently used in the field of light microscopy. It has been compiled to take account of recent additions and international standards. An appendix provides equivalent terms in English, French, and German.
