This is the fourth edition of what has become the leading textbook on Public International Law. Although greatly revised, the book retains all its original strengths--clear exposition, rigorous analysis, detailed referencing, and comprehensive coverage. Large parts of the content have been completely rewritten to take into account major developments since 1979.
