As a continuation of the Beginning Lessons in English A & B, each lesson in this book is divided into sections for pronunciation, grammar, & reading & conversation. Past continuous, past perfect tenses, sequence of senses, say vs. tell, indirect speech, passive voice, gerunds, infinitives, conditional sentences, position of adverbs, & two-word verbs are covered with exercises following each lesson.
