NLN End of Course Practice Tests for RN programs are nationally standardized tests designed to measure students' achievement in various content areas of the nursing curriculum. They enable faculty to evaluate specific course or program objectives and to compare the scores of students in their program with those of nursing students across the country.

PURPOSE:

Assesses understanding of the application of the nursing process to the specific needs of the adult client for prevention and health promotion, early detection, care management, health maintenance and restoration, and psychosocial aspects of health care. Targets the nurse's role in providing care to adults experiencing acute trauma; and cardiovascular, immune, neuro/sensory and respiratory alterations.
