The third volume in the author's Amun trilogy, following "Daughter of the Amun" and "The Son of the Sun". Set in Egypt, 3500 years ago, during the 18th Dynasty, the book tells the story of Ankhesenamun, at one time married to her father and later forced to marry her half-brother Tutankhamen.
