Al Corriente: Curso Intermedio de Espano

An excellent book on Intermediate Spanish; the book uses both Spanish and English. In preface to the book, the authors say: "The book is divided into two major parts La gente (Unidades I-III) and Los Lugars (Unidades IV-VI). Los gente offers a variety of views of Hispanics in the context of three topics: family, public figures, and men and women. Los lugares focuses on Spain, Latin America, and the United States, as home to millions of Hispanics.
