Computer Essentials in Education the Teaching Tools

Designed for education majors and certificate seekers, this text covers essential computer concepts for IBM, Macintosh and Apple II computers; educational technology and software; computer-assisted instruction (CAI); computer-managed instruction (CMI); and multimedia in education. The text is not specific to any particular software package; users will be able to customize their materials to whatever software is available in the workplace. This work includes learning objectives, applications, exercises and self-quiz review. It is supported by two tutorials by the same authors, "ClarisWorks for the Mac" and "ClarisWorks for Windows".
