Study Skills for Today's College Student

Adapted from Apps' STUDY SKILLS FOR ADULTS RETURNING TO SCHOOL, this text is designed to help both traditional and returning students improve their study skills, including learning with electronic media and learning in off-campus settings. It covers standard study skills topics such as reading, thinking, studying, listening and notetaking, writing, and exam preparation. Several unique features are also included: information on how to use the electronic library, and a chapter specifically for the new graduate student.
