Managing human resources in special education

This work addresses the implementation and management of human resource programs in the public schools and other special education settings. Dr. Fimian focuses on how, in the area of special education, paraprofessionals, volunteers, and peer tutors are assisting professionals in the delivery of educational services to handicapped students.
