Biochemistry

This text is intended for the one-semester introductory biochemistry text for sophomore/junior level, non-biochemistry majors. Most students who use this book are biology, agriculture, technology, nursing, physics, geology, or nutrition majors. A beginning biology, general chemistry, and at least one semester of organic chemistry are assumed as preparation.
