This work, based on the teachings of a management consultancy programme, presents a series of techniques which are designed to encourage creativity in business, and teach techniques for coping with stress and for making the most of thinking skills in terms of innovative and creative ideas. Jerry Rhodes has had extensive experience in management and in 1975 founded his own consultancy, Joint Development Resources, to promote creative thought in management training and provide research into core management skills.
