You need not be ashamed, if you get "triggered" and overreact to something someone said or did. This is your body telling you there is something more to learn. This book provides you with all the tools you need to learn everything in your life that, for whatever reason, you didn’t learn earlier in your life. You are never too old to learn something new.The pandemic has put tremendous stress on everyone as they had to cope with new challenges that they never had to face before. Often, the additional contact, often under very stressful conditions, naturally brought up more conflicts. Anyone without effective skills to resolve these conflicts, found themselves doing and saying things that often escalated their conflicts. I dedicate this book to those noble souls who tried their best to resolve their conflicts, living under very adverse life-stressors, with the tools they had.
