Once these tunes are set to memory miracles can happen. The beauty of this technique is that almost anyone from 5 - 95 can learn it. Children have already learned many of these melodies and can hum or sing them. The book is arranged into two volumes wherein the first volume contains the details of playing instruction followed by 15 Classic Christmas Songs. The second volume is a continuation which includes 15 additional songs with a brief review of the playing technique. (30 songs in all). This is the second half of the Christmas Book, "Easy Ukulele Christmas Music." It is the second half of the 30 song series which the book covers. The book contains the second set of 15 songs which the novice player can perform. The songs are written in FPS style, which means Finger Placement System. There is a short review of the technique which was fully explained in Volume 1. It is, again illustrated by a 7 year old girl who was the inspiration for this book series with her sense of color and drawing. Once the techniques is learned from Volume 1, all 30 songs from both volumes can be played easily. The FPS technique does not rely on chords (which is typical for ukulele). It will, instead, provide you with the ability to play the melody lines to the old and classic Christmas tunes and you can astonish your family and friends with your newfound skill. The season of Christmas is one filled with lights and music and what a pleasure to be able to play all the old well-known tunes. The knowledge of those tunes is what will make learning to play them easier. With both books in hand, you will have a treasury of Christmas music which you will be able to play. Your ability to play these tunes will contribute to a more beautiful Christmas for you and your family. The original book used glitter to highlight the illustrations - the reader may opt to also add glitter where desired.
