The book has a few chapters. Chapter 1 is about "what is burka." Chapter 2 is "History and the reasons behind the fall of Afghanistan," what really happened during the Soviet War in details. Chapter 3 "Research shows how much Americans know about Afghan women," this is from the survey I conducted at SJSU and UT. Chapter 4 "What is a woman’s role in Islam?" This chapter briefly talks about what is Islam, the 5 pillars and what is a woman's role in Islam. Chapter 5 "The Significance of Hijab," this is where I put most of the student's stories from SJSU and UT. Chapter 6 "Can Muslim Women dress the way they want to in America?" In this chapter I put all of my survey results from Non Muslims at SJSU and UT as well as how the Muslims felt after 9/11. I designed the book to be a good reader for students to learn who Muslims really are and how women are treated in Islam. It reflects a very positive image on Islam and an ice breaker for non Muslims to read. It is an educational book.
