After nearly twenty years of service in senior-level executive positions for an array of corporations, including SIRVA Inc., Prudential Financial, and Corporate Express, Komac developed many unique programs and philosophies which she incorporated into her book. Komac spent more than twelve years developing and mentoring high-powered teams that consistently exceed goals in highly competitive markets.
