Make your wishes known, write it down!

Many of us are particularly funny creatures. We are not always planners. However, when we are going out of town for a vacation or for business, we leave endless lists for the people we have left in charge, to take care of our jobs, home, pets, and children while we are away. So why not prepare better written information, an informational journal like a daily planner. Have information available about your decisions, your choices. Problems, unimaginable, may occur, without the written communication of facts and desires before, during and after ones end of life journey from here to there. Let the appropriate person or persons know where you information can be found.
From youth to maturity is is human nature to want to be able to make one's own decisions. This is a journal with information for everyone to read and contemplate, for yourself or to encourage your family members.
It is possible to record your wishes now while you are still young at heart and of a competent mind. Some will choose to use this journal as their only journal of record and others may choose to write volumes about their life. In either case it is important to have a place to indicate where this information of your recorded wishes can be found.
