It serves its purpose when responsible and sensible citizens take the initiative in finding ways and means to understand those people who do not necessarily belong to their own group. However, it achieves its most important goal when national unity is achieved through the citizens' perseverance to have a productive and amiable communication transaction with one another.Take this opportunity to learn a new language and use this skill to better interact with its native speakers.
