Considero que es el método personal más útil para combatir no sólo los defectos comunes, sino incluso los vicios arraigados e incluso los problemas adictivos... 
Me parece que este método, sencillo pero exigente, es convenientísimo para quien quiere progresar en la vida espiritual y se vuelve indispensable para quien debe resolver conflictos afectivos.

In part, it is present in those who take risks, whom Sacred Scripture reminds: "He who loves danger will perish in it" (Sir 3:26).
