This fourth volume of the five-part SohKiDo series introduces Pathways V and VI: Chant and Dance used in Therapeutic Noh Theater for training, performance, healing, and self-discovery. 
In this book, Dr. Sky shares her path to discovering Japanese Noh Theater and its disciplined and meditative movement forms. She shares her ways of using Japanese dance, as well as kata drawn from other ancient energy traditions, when creating her pioneering therapeutic tool known as NohKiDo. 
Also explored in this volume are music and chanting and how they are used in Therapeutic Noh Theater. In addition, this book introduces the ritualistic use of chanting to grieve, and to discover one's Spirit. The rituals are inspired by Dr. Sky's own Finnish heritage.
