This work combines the experience and expertise of a haematologist and two pathologists to present an integrated guide to the diagnosis of bone marrow disease. Practical in approach and comprehensive in its coverage of the subject matter, it is designed to act not only as a laboratory handbook but also as a reference for training and practising haematologists and pathologists. The results of haematological investigation (blood films and bone marrow aspirates) are integrated with the results of histological studies (bone marrow biopsies) to give a multidisciplinary approach to the pathology of bone marrow disorders.
