Daniel Hillel is a world-renowned environmental scientist and hydrologist who has worked in over 30 countries across Europe, Asia and Africa. Cynthia Rosenzweig is a Senior Research Scientist at NASA Goddard Institute for Space Studies where she leads the Climate Impact Group. As the collective scientific and practical knowledge of the processes and responses involved continues to grow, future volumes in the series will address important aspects of the topic periodically over the coming years.
