But regardless, John Cogswell, widely known Goodland rancher, will give you a topic or topics to think about as you go about that day's work. And he does it without fanfare, without the sheen of a spitshine or cosmetic cover. he does it much the way we all do things in this slower-paced environment. You may or may not agree with what Mr. Cogswell says, but that is in itself the beauty of listening, digesting, and kicking around his analysis. The wide variety of topics he offers, and the approach he uses in discussing those topics, make it all the more interesting. John is down-to-earth...And it is this quality that enables him to come across as a sincere, tell-it-like-it-is kind of guy.
