The colorful estate, which was designed with lots of green spaces, is grouped around a 350-meter long building complex, spectacularly curved in the shape of a horseshoe. The building ensemble is a reflection of the urban development model "light, air and sun for everyone" and was declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2008.
