Showing him around the derelict ward of a former mental hospital is nurse-turned-caretaker, Janet. Determined to show the reality of care-in-the-community, Janet introduces Milly, an old baglady and former inmate. But as Royston experiences a flashback into his own life, he makes a life-changing decision. This is an ideal mixed-cast drama for festivals.
