<p>After years of solitude Dr. Yehia finds himself going back to the mental hospital where he used to work.. after years of drinking.. gambling.. smoking pot and enjoying the hot and seductive warmth of his girlfriend Maya, Yehia finds himself entering the famous Abbasia Mental hospital to resume his work as doctor and to find a surprise waiting for him.. his dear old friend Dr. Sherif whose sister Lubna was the love of Yehia's life is waiting for him there not as a doctor.. but as a mental patient who is waiting to be evaluated after he was accused for killing his wife.. With this surprise Yehia faces a rush of memory about his history with Sherif and how close they and all the love he shared with Lubna which Sherif opposed when he found out about it, deciding to terminate his friendship with Yehia just to keep him away from his sister.. and now.. after all this years.. here lies Dr sherif with his destiny laying between the hand of Yehia who has to decide if Sherif was aware of his crime when he committed it or not..</p>
