Comment: A book with a $.30 payout was deemed counterfeit, so the entire box I sent it was confiscated. $180+ payment was kept. Complete theft. Yes, it's part of their policies, but I'd like to know what the rest of the 14 books had to do with the "possible" counterfeit book.

Comment: Nowhere on their website did it say anything about charging insurance for buyback orders. They gave me close to 20% less than what I was quoted, even though the books I sent them were in like new condition. Kind of sneaky... One of the companies to use as a last resort.

Comment: DO NOT USE BOOKSRUN!!! They are corrupt liars. If I could leave zero stars, I would. Submitted a buy back order for Physics: Principles with Applications (ISBN: 9780321869111), loose leaf edition. Got a quote for $28.23. The book was brand new, in original packaging, and unopened. They claimed the book was in "unacceptable condition" and adjusted the quote to $0.00.

Comment: Re-direct issue #79-30500. Paid to ship the second volume of a book set. Spoke with them multiple times on their chat feature where they stated they received the second book (provided tracking which showed delivered) and that it was being processed. They never paid the $45 AND they won’t answer emails. The one email I finally got they claimed they did an investigation and determined they never got the second book so I sent them the screenshots of the chat from their own website showing they got it and they claimed they were processing it. It’s been crickets ever since. Don’t send your books. These people are awful. It’s been almost a month.
