Comment: Used to get more of a higher bid on books. Most of my books are new. This has been a drastic change since last year. There’s no way to save a bid until you have a minimum order of $10. Bids are reduced within 30 minutes and more books need to be added. Other book companies allow you to save bids at least 24 hours. I will take less money in a bid from another company because I can save it, instead of this company’s bid. Used to be a better company, I suspect bankruptcy?

Comment: I have used them many times over a long period of time and normally with good results. I will still give them 5 stars, but in the last couple of months I have had a little difficulty, so I am a little guarded right now.

Comment: Did a couple of transactions with them last year that went good but did one with them this month that was horrible. They received my books but didn't start processing them til a week later and then they kept dropping the price after I agreed to the initial adjustment. Then it took another week to do the processing and 5 days to send a payment to my PayPal. Maybe they're going bankrupt and needed to stall. I don't know why the transaction was so terrible. I'm reluctant to use them again when they were my top 3 in the past.

Comment: Very fast, easy, quick turn around. This service helps me tremendously.

Comment: Terrible experience! It took well over a month and several emails for me to finally get my payment, but only after I threatened to go to all their state business reporting agencies to receive my money. Avoid!

Comment: The problem with BooksRun is their mandatory insurance. You go to their site thinking that you are going to get $14.00 for your book, but in reality you are getting $12.50 after they charge you for insurance that you might not want. Other than the above, I've had good experiences with BooksRun.

Comment: I stopped sending them book 3 years ago because I got tired of them constantly downgrading the books I sent. I gave them another try with 3 books and they claimed it MIGHT be counterfeit. Don't be fooled by them having the highest price. They won't honor it. I have never had a book denied for being counterfeit and I sell a lot of books.
