Comment: They have trouble responding to methods provided to the customer. However, the process was easy and they were able to quickly rectified my concern, although it was very uncomfortable not getting a response about my concerns.

Comment: Excellent service! When I got a quote, Textbook Agent sent me the shipping label for the textbook. As soon as USPS scanned my package, Textbook Agent notified me about it and sent me tracking for it. It only took about 5-6 days for Textbook Agent to venmo me the exact money they quoted me for! I am extremely pleased with them and would sell my textbooks to them again.

Comment: I was hesitant at first since didn't see anything on Google Maps, but I was surprised and will use again! They sent me a prepaid shipment label and I got paid in just a few days once delivered. They were also nice enough to let me know to ship multiple items in once shipment.

Comment: I have to tell you.. This is the third time I have dealt with TextBook Agent, and they provide the quickest and easiest transactions. They send you a pre-paid shipping label and I got paid the full amount they quoted on the same day that they received the book. I will do all of my future selling with them.
