Comment: Beware!!!! If I could have given them lower stars I would have. I sent in 2 books both definitely resaleable and they didn't buy either one of them. Then was gonna charge me 17.00 to return 2 paperback books. I should have been alarmed when their website didn't work correctly. I could have made more money from another place I use alot. Don't waste your time with College Books Direct.

Comment: Sent two unopened shrink wrapped books. Claimed the more expensive one hadcode accessed . Claimed it was not shrink wrapped . Returned damaged book that is all but worthless. They don't take pics. of new arrivals. How convenient.

Comment: Customer service phone number is not a working number. I shipped over $200 worth of textbooks and was sent a check for $9.25. Ripping off broke college students is a really disgusting way of making a living.

Comment: While I did not receive much customer support, it was not needed! Books were received and the check sent extremely quickly (they estimated it would arrive in 10 days and I believe it came in 1 day!) Would certainly use again
