Comment: My book was under review to verify its authenticity, and after nearly two months, my order was cancelled, and my book was recycled for not meeting the standards-without any notice. I would not recommend their misleading service to anyone. They have terrible customer service.

Comment: I don't understand the negative ratings. I have sold books to this vendor many times over the last 2+ years and never have had a problem. Their prices are great, what they buy is fairly extensive - both hardback and paperback - and their customer service reps are very responsive.

Comment: Perfect high priced book, perfectly packaged, was told it did not meet their conditions and would be trashed or as they put it "recycled" I could have given it away to a needy student instead who could have benefitted vs this company.. Read all reviews about this company on google first and choose wisely especially if your first time selling back you books.

Comment: I sent them 2 copies of 9781264369058 and they claimed the books they received weren't the ones on the buyback. They then send me my books back isbn number9781265622008 which are worth more than the ones I sent them. I took me over 2 months to get my "books" back and I actually made on this deal. Company is a joke!!!

Comment: They had the highest quote and I sent them several books. Once they received the books they told me the quote was not valid and they would send the books back. It has been over 3 weeks now and they are ignoring my emails and phone calls. Bookscouter needs to vet its vendors.

Comment: This seller said my book might be a counterfeit and said it was being sent to the publisher for some indeterminate time to review. If it is a counterfeit why would it take an "indeterminate" time to determine that? Either the seller and/or the publisher could simply resell an authentic book under this premise and essentially steal a book I purchased. I won't deal with either the seller or publisher again.

Comment: Don't confuse this company with "Sellbackyourbooks". I did. Of course, I only got paid half of my quoted amount with zero explanation.

Comment: Sent over 500$ in books have not gotten a penny over 6 months now what

Comment: My order has been "under review" since Jan 9th and I have not received any money for any of the books I have sent. I would understand the one which is "under review" by the publisher but I sent in more books than just that one. Really disappointing.

Comment: I have been attempting to get a hold of someone from customer service regarding this order I have called several times and emailed your company since February 9th with no response this is unacceptable this is regarding claim that i have filed because Fedex has lost the books that was in the package!I need your help. Youre company needs to file that claim. it says on your website that you will file a claim if that happens I used the shipping label you provided. Please respond and help me
