Comment: Exceptionally disappointing. Ordered a book for class, professor was switched to due to health complications, tried cancelling prior to it arriving and they wouldnt let me. They made me pay the return shipping after leading me to believe I would be reimbursed and then took 15% of the price and didn't refund me for "restocking." Not the kind of business who you want to work with, shameful.

Comment: I've sold books to Valore Books twice. In both cases everything was fast, and I was paid the amounts quoted. They usually aren't paying the most for books compared to other sites, but when they are I will be selling to them again.

Comment: Received an email on 3/1/23 that my order was received. I sent in 3 really nice unopened books, 2 of which were for chemistry. My account still shows pending for each book I sent. When I emailed Valore, the response was they would check with the warehouse and respond in 7 more business days. The quote for these books is more than $120 and I feel that they have basically stolen from me. Be ware. Use textbookrush instead. Textbook Rush is fast and I have never had a problem. Looks like I made a bad decision giving Valore a try. The books were unopened, pristine condition as well as the latest editions.

Comment: I sent two unused access code "books" (I bought them new, and my son never used). I entered the ISBN which is unique for each item. Both books were accepted. Upon arrival, the warehouse declared one "the incorrect edition." I had to pay $4.95 to have it returned to me. I inquired about it but was told the warehouse gets to reject items without question. At first I was told it was unacceptable in the email. When I explained the rejection reason was "incorrect edition," I was told they will not review the case. It's impossible if the ISBN is correct for it to be the wrong edition. So I paid for the company's error.

Comment: Accepted without issue. Paid promptly with paypal

Comment: No issues, sent a good book in, not damaged. Got paid.

Comment: They refused my book saying that it had stains. Admittedly there is a little bit but not a huge amount, and I've had other companies accept books that had worse damage. I do give them credit for sending me my book back after paying the $5 fee though. I was worried they would send me a different and even worse copy.

Comment: Was concerned after reading negative reviews, but there was no issues with them for me, quick payment!

Comment: For the 2nd time in a month, Valore has rejected 2 of the 5 books I sent in. The ONLY way to get them returned is Paypal, and they need the password? I don't think so. I am out $120 and will no longer sell to Valore. Be careful!

Comment: No problems with ValoreBooks, a good vendor to sell books back.
