The present thirteenth volume of Studies in Literature in English contains seventeen well-researched essays covering a wide range of authors and subjects across space and time. Starting with the good old Shakespeare, the essays cover a number of British canonical authors, including Coleridge, Shelley and Golding. Across the Atlantic eminent American authors like Henry James, Arthur Miller and Saul Bellow are given fresh look.
