Anne Woringer has been expressing herself in fabric for thirty years. She studied medieval Italian textiles to become a Plastic Arts teacher. On discovering quilting, it became her passion. She evolved from researching light, to dyeing antique linen used in collage, and, eventually, to the shibori technique for a more graphic work to which she added extensive hand embroidery. She was selected seven times for Quilt National in the United States. Three of her works are in American museums. The text of this book is in both French & English.
