At this ceremony the bloodletting leads to death and subsequently one of Nick s colleagues in murdered as Mosby seeks more blood. Nick is now on the case, the long trail leads to the abandoned Maya city, El Mirador, where the stone is anointed for the last time. Mosby is captured and turned over to the police.
