Encourage the Potential

At the core of our being lies the Truth of our beingness. Within that Truth is a constant flow of energy in the form of thoughts, feelings, emotions, as well as actions, concepts, and possibilities. Throughout our life we are bombarded with belief systems which are not our own and can result in false ideas, possibilities, and actions. As we have grown to adulthood, we have built a fortress of false beliefs around us to protect us from the perceived fear of pain. Therefore, in order to begin the process of healing we must begin dismantling our fortress. We must begin to remember. Remember our joys, our sorrows, the highs, and the lows of our life. We must look deeply into our interiors and remember who we truly are, children of the Divine. As we begin to remember, we begin to see how our thoughts, feelings, and emotions have formed a belief system of guilt, shame, and false identity. I encourage you to look deeply and start the process of remembering. Keep a record of your process for you will be surprised at the insights and awareness that will come to you. It is important to keep in mind that this process is not about blaming others for our life situations; rather it is about uncovering our patterns of denial and individual interpretation of the events that have shaped our current belief system. Once uncovered, you will begin to recognize the call of the Soul and you can make conscious choices about how you choose to live in each moment. Part one of this book is designed to assist you in connecting with your own life story, your own thoughts, feelings, and emotions. It is about tuning into the subtle stirrings deep within you and awakening to the call of the Soul. In part two you will learn valuable tools and techniques for uncovering your core fears and beliefs. You will be able to see where you have developed false beliefs about yourself and your life as well as the world around you. As you uncover core beliefs and fears the natural response is, "Great, now what do I do?" Part three will help you in reforming your patterns of behavior and redefining who you are and who you wish to become.
