The fifth part of The Lord's Book of Life & Health deals with proper nourishment, and there is a chapter on nourishment for spiritual human beings and proper fasting. Other topics include: clothing, recreation and sleep, and what is important for senior citizens. Many answer are given as to old age, suicide, dying and death itself, and a life with God and a life without God.
