A Quarter Past Normal: The Art of Redemption

A Quarter Past Normal is a compilation of the author's original artwork and poetry relating to her personal journey of healing and triumph over severe childhood abuse. Because she grew up with few memories of her childhood, the author’s therapy began with drawing and painting expressions of the feelings and images that filled her mind as she sought to uncover the roots of her secret personal struggles. Each piece of artwork and poetry is accompanied by "the story behind" its inspiration and production. This book is a visual and written tribute to the resilience of the human spirit, the soul’s capacity to heal and rebuild, and God’s loving purposes and calling for every human being.
