However, while I did spend extra money on those things, the guide also saved me a lot of money since it describes how to do things for yourself instead of using a broker service. For example, it describes how to file my copyright directly with the U.S. Copyright Office (which I didn’t even know I had to do) so it cost less than half the price of using a service.\nOverall, the guide saved me a lot of time, a decent amount of money (even going the professional route with some things), and listed a lot of things I didn’t even know you had to do to publish your book.
