Be You Be Strong: Lead Without Permission Through Gratitude

This book is a daily gratitude journal and expression of self-love. For many years I was grateful but didn't take the time to express my gratitude daily in written form. Once I started doing this, it changed my life and I started attracting more abundance into my life. It's a fact that the more gratitude you deliberately think and feel the more abundance you receive. Gratitude is feeling. The ultimate goal is to feel the gratitude so intently that you believe it deep inside! This gratitude journal is created for you to spend a minimum of 10 minutes a day on YOU! I call it "me time"! YOU are the most important person in your life. YOU need to be the strongest and best YOU so that you can serve others and live in your purpose the way YOU choose. You can do this any time of the day; however, I suggest doing this first thing in the morning to start your day in gratitude and have your plan on what you will do today for self-love. Take it one day at a time. List 10 things in your life you are grateful for. Once listed, go back and read each item and repeat the words thank you, thank you, thank you. My good friend Rhonda Byrne reminds us in her book The Magic how important it is to repeat the words and say thank you three times after each gratitude to ensure you really feel it! Next list how you feel (be honest, no judgment lives here). Then list why you feel this way. By acknowledging why you feel this way it gives you the opportunity to change the feeling through your positive mindset. Last, I want you to list what you will do today to fill your cup.
