Product Description
Mister Fairy is not like other fairies; try as he might, he has not yet found his own special talent. In fact, all the animals laugh when he tries to copy what the other fairies do. So, Mister Fairy travels far from his forest home to another place where, almost by accident, he discovers and shares his special gift. Sometimes your talent is hiding in plain sight, it just takes the right time and place to reveal what was there all along. Mister Fairy is a touching, humorous story about fitting in, self-discovery, and finding one’s place in the world.
Review
"A delightful, lighthearted tale of self-discovery . . . Humorously presented as a miniature elephant in a dress with itty-bitty wings and a wand, Mister Fairy's tiny, solitary figure will engender chuckles as he deliberately flits across the pages, spreading color, smiles, and even cotton candy." - Kirkus Reviews
"A fantastic back-to-school story about recognizing your own worth." - Momreadit.com
"This sweet picture book will teach young readers that we all have a gift to share with the world. I can't wait to share this with my little one!" - MutuallyInclusiveBooks.com
"Mister Fairy cracks me up. The character design is absolutely hilarious. He's like a little grumpy elephant fairy and it's brilliant. It's a wonderful story of self-discovery with beautiful art, and it has a terrific artistic design for the forest animals and fairies that really makes this book stand out to me. - DadSuggests.com
"BRAVO! Mister Fairy is going to be my "Start the Week Right" book. A valuable addition to all classroom, library, or personal collections. - Olivia The Librarian
"Mister Fairy transcends the fairy story genre to offer a humorous and poignant look at self-discovery and finding one's place in the world. It's a book you and your kids will find yourselves returning to again and again and is enthusiastically recommended for all home, classroom, school, and public libraries. - CelebratePicturebooks.com
