Not Tonight Honey, Tomorrow is a School Day. How many times have you found yourself wondering what happened to the passion in your marriage? From the moment we bring home our first bundle of joy until they move out on their own, our focus often turns to our children and away from us as a couple. It's not easy being a parent and a passionate couple. Through numerous final countdowns, 10 minute warnings and all out standoffs with their children, Ed and Betty Coda grew to love each other more each day. On any given day, they ask themselves, "Are we having fun yet?" We want to teach our children how to relate to other people for a successful future and a better world, and at the same time we want to relate to one another as a couple to cultivate a permanent lasting marriage, making us a gift of security and stability to our children. With six children, Ed and Betty know firsthand the frustrations and celebrations of marriage and parenthood. In their book Passionate Parent Passionate Couple they give parenting tools to raise healthy, well-adjusted children, as well as tools to keep romance alive and strengthen the marriage. They know from experience that there can be a balance between passion and parenting and truly believe that there is hope for any parent willing to make a commitment to both their marriage and their children.
