This book focuses primarily on the regulation of international banking at the federal level, but with extensive international and comparative materials. It is accompanied by a 158-page document supplement that includes up-to-date statutory materials and the Bank for International Settlement's Core Principles for Effective Banking Supervision. The Casebook is organized around the birth-to-death experience of international financial services institutions.
