Directory of Physicians in the United States 2003

The new "Directory of Physicians in the United States on CD-ROM, formerly published every two years, is now being updated annually! This easy-to-navigate CD-ROM gives you updated physician information with 17 search variables including name, address, zip code, medical school and year of graduation, year first licensed, state where licensed, primary and secondary specialties, and ABMS certification. PRA status is indicated for each physician. The new 2003 edition mirrors the 38th Edition (four-volume, hardbound set, shown above) and includes data from the AMA Masterfile that is current through July 2002. New "single-clicking" functionality allows for easier creation of groups and exports of physician records. The "Directory of Physicians in the United States on CD-ROM includes available phone numbers and type of degree. New options allow searches within a zip code range as well as by phone number. You can create customized groups of physicians, and add your own contact information (fax, e-mail addresses, notes) to any physician record. The CD-ROM is not designed to allow complete downloads of the data, but users can export up to 5,000 individual physician profiles via the "Create Report" feature.
