The basis of this book is to prepare women in a male dominated arena. The art of preparation is quickly becoming a monumental task in that there is a plethora of information to sift through. The sad truth is that women are not wholly included in this area as much as they could be. There are many articles and books covering end of the world scenarios that while quite a good read, do not address the needs of a female in an end of civilization scenario. I have set out to provide both women and men who wish to prepare for their families, with ideas and options for menstruation, PMS and yeast infections. This book includes several options for anticipated menses as well as herbs, exercises and diet to help relieve premenstrual symptoms. Preparing and storing herbs, options for using them and why they work are included. The causes of yeast infections are discussed as well as how to combat them, while relieving discomfort. There are even some helpful gadgets in the last chapter to make life a little easier.
