He is responsible for all kinds of customer engagements and operational activities. Before joining SAP in 2016, Erik worked as a postdoctoral researcher at Heidelberg University. He holds a PhD in theoretical astrophysics.
James Charlton has clocked in a quarter of a century in user assistance, and has spent a lot of that time with SAP in the data modeling, business intelligence, and predictive analytics fields. When he isn't writing technical content, you'll find him scribbling poetry and short stories, playing blues piano, or fixing up something.
Nina Hollender is an experienced user researcher in the SAP HANA and Analytics organization at SAP. She joined SAP in 2011 and conducted various user research projects in the analytics area, from self-service BI to advanced analytics. She is passionate about learning from
